Having spent over two hours planning our dream kitchen and agreeing to pay a £300 deposit we now feel we have been totally let down. Whenever we try and contact the manager who planned our kitchen he is not available and does not return your calls because he is too busy! The staff when they return your call , phone the wrong number even tho they have the correct details. Having phoned the York Store to request details of who to formerly complain to the response was that they would get a customer service manager to call back ' when they have time'. The store seems full of staff who cannot really help you. They registered an incorrect address for us and this is just the start. Think twice before you step through the door if it is good customer service you want as clearly this is sadly lacking in this store.
