Our kitchen was designed at the Trafford Centre showroom where staff were very helpful and patient as we changed our minds about options and appliances. Installation was close to the estimated date given to us. The fitter kept us informed throughout about the whole fitting process, and gave us useful information, such as access to hidden electrical sockets, and the drawer mechanisms; he was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had to contact Customer Services with a couple of issues regarding a wrongly delivered cabinet and a change of sink, due to the ordered one being discontinued. On each occasion the service we received was first class, with all our queries answered and matters resolved promptly. The whole team at Kutchenhaus was very helpful. One warning for anyone who chooses black ceramic sinks for kitchen and utility - ours were scratched within a few days of use so care is needed with them. Overall we are very pleased with the kitchen quality, the customer service, the fitting and all the team involved. The kitchen is very well made and fitted

You are very lucky to have received such excellent service - they must pick and choose who they are helpful to.
My dealings with the York showroom has left a bitter taste. Once they had the payment in full - not a single phone call returned, fitter never answered his phone, customer services [based in Manchester apparently] is a one man show - not an inkling as how to or how not to deal with customers.
So yes, you have been very lucky.
