I've tried three times in the last 12 weeks to get them to give me a quote for a kitchen. Three times they have failed to go beyond the first phone call.
That's appalling service. If Norman Parker was made aware of this he'd be raging.
In today's climate how can they turn away someone who is genuinely interested in their products?

I feel I need to clarify a few points here as I feel Jim has been a little premature.
1. I don't live in a remote area, I live just 15 minutes from Dunfermline, 20 minutes from Perth and Just 10minutes from the M90. Hardly the middle of nowhere.
2. This wasn't a problem when I called and spoke to Kutchenhaus previously.
3. We have no evidence yet that we've been given a discounted price. All we have at the moment is a quote, which is what I originally asked for. There's no proof this is in any way any sort of deal.
4. Jim has been extremely apologetic and for that he has our thanks.
5. I'd have appreciated it if they'd followed data protection correctly and not used my full name in their response.
