Wanting a stunning kitchen to fit our new extension, we visited the showroom at Chester which looks fabulous, where we sat and watched our dream kitchen put together on the CAD system. A second visit to the showroom to finalise the plan was fine, but that's where the problems started. At that stage they insist on payment in full prior to the order being accepted. NEVER, EVER, AGAIN.
The units arrived on time as did the fabulous fitter Tony,(also Glen was great on several later visits) who then spent a day telling us everything that was either wrong, damaged, badly designed, incorrectly designed or undocumented from the pre installation visit, meaning services were not in place even though our builder had completed everything they'd been requested to do several weeks earlier.
As other reviews have stated, if your kitchen goes in right on day one, you end up with a fantastic product, if not, your in for weeks and weeks of hassle, endless phone calls to the branch, "We're not here to deal with complaints, it not our job" and total frustration.
We paid for our kitchen in May 2011, today (Sept 11) it will hopefully be finally completed.
You've been warned!
