With all the other kitchen companies going bust and especially as they are all the big firms who take large payments up front I was incredibly sceptical about placing an order.
So we went and got our kitchen planned the units are fantastic and they spend a lot of time with you whilst you get the design right. So we placed our order paid our money and went home and waited.
We waited, the weeks turned into months and before we knew it three months had passed! we were getting very very worried.
Then we got the call from the office to say it was being delivered.
It came and there were loads of parts missing, the fitters did not turn up every day and we were left without a kitchen to use for over three weeks. The fitters were rude, arrogant did not turn up on time indeed some days did not bother at all.
Now I am stuck with about three quarters of the kitchen done and waiting weeks and weeks again for parts to come from Germany.
They have got to be the worse company I have ever ever dealt with.
