Kitchen Emporium Have Created The Best Room In Our House!

From our first showroom visit (a snap decision as we were about to drive past) to completion of the project every stage in our new kitchen refurbishment went efficiently to plan. The initial home visit involved measurement of the new area and positioning of units and appliances. We were later given dates for visits by the surveyor, builder and electrician and at the start of the project, ripping out of the existing kitchen. We would also require a plasterer who would plate and finish the ceiling and make good all walls in the new space. From K.E. by email we received a panoramic view of the new kitchen which by its gyroscopic function we were able to fully appreciate and view our chosen kitchen layout from any angle we wanted. This was great as we could see the units and appliances that we had chosen in the showroom, in the virtual reality of our new kitchen space. It looked fantastic. We needed to extend the original kitchen by removing a wall which since it was not load bearing didn't prove any problem for the builder.
The timekeeping, attitude, quality of work and attention to detail of builder, electrician, plasterer and fitter was absolutely first class. We couldn't have chosen a better group of tradesmen and not forgetting our ripper-out who did monumental job on the first day. There were two stages of the project- the first week of preparation and the second of installation - fitting and finishing the kitchen that we wanted. The result supersedes our expectations and we are delighted with it. Thanks to all of the staff at the showroom and in the office who were at hand throughout the project and for whom nothing was too much trouble. We had nothing less than excellent service throughout from Kitchen Emporium.
