Great kitchen but.....

We have had an Intoto kitchen for over 10 years. We were so pleased with it. A great design and still looks fantastic today; they were far ahead in style; design of any competitors BUT 10 years on our microwave has gone and trying to replace it is a nightmare. It is integrated and sits alongside the oven. Trying to match the oven impossible. Trying to get a microwave to fit the measurements impossible. Bristol branch talked of 2 possibilities but would need filler? This being a piece of wood to fill any gap?!! Which would look outlandishly stupid. They have no fitters for South Wales so would have to do it ourselves.

So don't know if this is the same with any company i.e. support and replacement terrible but if in South Wales don't! What is galling is that we were in Austria and Bauknecht microwaves on sale there were like our old one? But wiring different. So frustrating.

Grat value and pleased but my rating is tarred by our problem of the microwave!
