Fantastic Service from start to finish

We chose to book an instore appointment at Ikea Manchester to plan our kitchen with one of the team. He was very friendly and personal, he came up with new ideas we hadn't thought of to improve the layout. We had several appliances we wanted to fit in a small place and he came up a great layout to fit, which works very well for us. We went home to consider options and then decided to book another appointment to make a couple small adjustments. This time we worked with him, again he was friendly and very knowledgeable, he made adjustments to fit our needs and together with another colleague (didn't catch her name) was able to in fact save us money by re-jigging the breakfast bar.
We chose the interest free credit, a great option for those not wanting to fork out a large sum in one go.

We went with both delivery and installation from Ikea. Delivery went smoothly. Installation team in Ikea were amazing. We received phone calls to update on the progress, and throughout the fitting. They were able to answer any questions and were just generally really pleasant to talk to.

The kitchen fitters were incredible. Upon removing the old kitchen we found some issues with the way the previous owner had done the floor. Darren came up with a quick appropriate solution and was generally very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and approachable, even when I told him he had to install a plug socket my partner had earlier told him we didn't need (oops, sorry). He worked quickly and expertly with his co-worker and was done in 2 and a half days!

The kitchen itself is great. We are in love with everything and it makes the time spent in there so much more enjoyable. Only minor downsize, don't get a white sink (forever getting dirty)
