We started the process of buying the kitchen on 11 November 2010 and as I write (25 June 2011) we still don't have a completed kitchen. We paid #100 for the installer to come and measure on 11 Nov. They finally turned up and did the quote on 13 December. Went into the store in Wembley and paid on the same day. Was told it would all be delivered and fitted 22nd December. Finally delivered the units and fitted them plus temp worktops first week in March! Since then I have been chasing and chasing. Of course they have taken the money in full back in December. If you use these guys you are a grade 1 numpty.

Quick update, they told me my worktops would finally be delivered tomorrow after a 7 month wait. The courier rang at 18:47 this evening to say that actually they hadn't received them, so they wouldn't be delivering after all. So frustration and a complete waste of a days leave. I can't think of any other company that I have ever dealt with who are so utterly useless.
