Following a two year battle to get faulty kitchen unit doors replaced, we had to take them to small claims court to get a resolution and this was despite obtaining a independent report showing the doors were faulty. They are extremely difficult to deal with when you get a problem. I would urge more customers to use the small claims court to get justice if this company refuses to honour their warranty The small claims court is designed for the customer to get justice without the need for a solicitor. They have lost a lot of business through their poor customer service.
