Pricing element is far too secretive. Incorrect measuring, in fighting with builders to correct errors. Additional invoice received because of measuring errors, and no way of finding out how this has been made up due to Howdens pricing policy. I wouldn't use them again nor recommend them to anyone. Not once has anyone called to see if we are satisfied. No real input either in terms of design, we had to do it all ourselves. Very disappointing experience.
