I had problems with my 7k kitchen within a year .splitting end panels. Solid wood doors swelling.several problems with the dish washer. They came to my house did a survey then told me I had damp! I had a damp specialist survey my kitchen and they found no damp. My reading was 32 on there meter so they say.but under uk humidity level in a home should be 55 to 70. I cannot get any sense out of them and believe there products are not fit for purpose. They refuse to do anything about there faulty products. Avoid this company at all costs. There 5year guarantee isn't worth the paper it is written on.

They tell everyone there kitchen is damp & they have a humidity problem including me!!
