Kitchen mismeasured by their own designer , no apology no compensation and their reply was to move my doorway . I was left speechless , it is very stressful after spending over £10,000 . I also upgraded to a lamona stainless steel sink which is scratched to pieces , rep came and took photos last week and today been told I must have used something abrasive on it , I can assure them this sink has only been used for two weeks and only wiped down with dish cloth . I am appalled by this service and I am in process of having utility room build and need more units built , I will not use this branch of howdens again ,
