From start to finish we have been delighted with the service received from our designer from the Worcester Homebase branch. She went out of her way, often replying to queries out of hours,and ensuring that all amendments to the order were handled straight away. When our kitchen arrived the only issues were two damaged doors. We notified our designer and new doors were delivered within a couple of days with no quibble.

The kitchen itself is even better than we imagined!

We were hesitant to go with Homebase (although I'm not really sure why) and only found the kitchen by a chance visit but would highly recommend.

We installed ourselves so cannot comment on that side of their service.

Overall 5 stars!
