homebase we're absolutely appalling. The day of delivery they did not turn up.... After calling them to find out why I then arranged another delivery 5 days later ... Had to cancel my kitchen fitter. Delivery number 2 was meant to turn up between 7 n 11. By 11 I had not received it. Again I had to call them to find out what was going on. It eventually arrived at 3pm with bits missing. had to call again to try and chase up the missing parts. They told me they could not re deliver for another 4 weeks.

Disgusting customer service.

We too had numerous problems like this...... Homebase designer had mismeasured the size of our boiler and the boiler house unit was too high to go under the work top. One of the worktops delivered was 360mm too short to meet the wall...............they did not listen to our design brief and had a cavalier attitude to the design. My stress levels over the nine months it took to get the kitchen done were through the roof. They also left us without any heating or water downstairs for weeks during the winter and I had to carry buckets of water from upstairs to downstairs for weeks resulting in me having to visit a physiotherapist for my back. Not their problem apparently.
