I recently decided to change part of my kitchen. Fortunately there was a sticker on top of one of the units and I managed to track this company down, as I couldn't get any information from the original builder. When I explained what I was trying to do, the owner of the company came back with some suggestions and was able to manufacture units to match my kitchen even though the existing units were obsolete. The units were delivered and look really good are of excellent quality and an very good match. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was always good. My kitchen fitter, fitted them yesterday and also commented on how well made the units were. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

We bought a house 9 years ago, and the previous occupants had a kitchen installed which was supplied in a traditional oak finish. When they left, they also left the paperwork. We then came to extend and despite the kitchen being produced in 2001 we decided to add rather than replace. Durr Furniture were recommended to us after doing some research. They were very helpful in finding a match for the doors, and assisted me with a current catalogue. I dealt specifically with an advisor who was very helpful. We measured up and submitted our requirements in the first quarter of the year. The only downside to the whole experience was the length of time it took to manufacture the doors, and complex parts such as the canopy. This was not down to Durr furniture, but more I suspect down to the suppliers. Once these had been produced, Durr Furniture set about making the Carcases and found a superb colour match. The quality and finish of the product was very high. The internal fixings, hinges and drawers superb quality. The units were delivered on the day they said they would and were packaged well so as to avoid any mishaps! Overall I am thrilled with the finished product. Live locally to Durr Furniture, keen to support local businesses figured I`d let them price my new kitchen which I had designed elsewhere. Being local I was happy that if any problems did arise I was just a short drive away to see someone face to face, I hate being on hold on a call centre for hours!! They was able to match the door I was originally looking for, and the price was cheaper than my original quote. Staff are pleasant enough. We had a few issues, first being wall dimension (that I measured) was slightly out so kitchen didn`t fit!! Durr got around that problem, and arranged new units within hours!! So I was happy (Should of asked Durr Furniture for a professional check measure... lesson learnt). The units come fully made up which was nice as I had my own fitter to install them. I asked him about the units etc, he was of opinion was that the units was of good quality, and well made. All in all I`m pleased with my kitchen.

I was dealt with in a friendly an professional manner by all staff I dealt with. The product was of a high standard and delivered within two days of ordering. I would certainly recommend Durr Furniture to people.

We purchased the "estro solid walnut" kitchen and I would recommend this kitchen to any perspective buyer, it looks stunning!
