“Delivery of units”

After complaining that after having fitted kitchen we had a leak rang several times for replacement panels after sending last review some one got back to us next day and we paid for replacement panels that were promised delivery today and after having a day off work ready for delivery we got a phone call to say would now not be delivered until 20 July and can not give a time we both work full time and can not finish our kitchen. Why say they would be delivered today and now say 20th?? Just amazes me this after service is not good.

after service I agree is very poor, some reviewers are saying how good the service was, must have been a hick up for Betta Living to do something right?
