I've had my bathroom for 2 years now and from Betta Living ordering the wrong items, fitters fitting wrong items and customer services who lack customer service. My bathroom has now been replaced three times due to these issues. I wouldn't recommend at all.

I've emailed and wrote in and Betta Living had refused to contact me. Therefore their 5 year warranty isn't work the paper its wrote on.
