ordered wet room to be installed 19/01/15 .Work actuallystartedon20/01/15and told installation would take 2 to3 weeks after7 weeks work was still ongoing.The team of fitters were rude untidy and careless amongst otherthings.After weeks of complaining to the bathroom management team informed to get a quote for carpet cleaning and decorating which was submitted. weeks later after a number of phone calls all of which we were informed that they would get back to us,still no joy.The date is now21/07/15 all we have had is empty words.

I know how you feel I've got the same problems with beta living , I had a wet room installed in April 2015. , also the fitters were very rude and un professional and made a mess of our kitchen ceiling by a massive leak they caused whilst installation was taking place , and very poor untidy workmanship , I'm phoning this company every day to get things resolved with little effect very poor customer service , I'm now taking matters further after receiving advice from a lprofessional consultant , once better living get your money they just don't care the guarantee does not exist , I wish you good luck with your problem
