Having done my due diligence before deciding which kitchen company to deal with, I really thought that I had made the right choice in choosing Betta Living who came across as being a cut above the rest; particularly as they were endorsed by Next. Whilst I cant speak highly enough of their fitter, the service received from Betta Living themselves has probably been the worst I have experienced. The kitchen, minus several key items, was delivered on 13th May and whilst enough of the kitchen was delivered to enable the fitter to start the following day, late delivery of the missing items meant that the installation was not completed until 6 weeks later on 21st June. A few days later the fridge freezer started "playing up". I had to throw away most of food in the fridge as despite being set on "energy saving" mode (+7 degrees) everything in the fridge was freezing. The problem was reported to Betta Living on 28th June and again on 30th June and here we are on 7th July and no engineer has yet been in touch to rectify the issue. A few snags are to be expected when having a new kitchen installed and Betta Living certainly didn't disappoint in this respect! However, not to have the use of a brand new fridge freezer almost 2 months after the kitchen was delivered is simply unacceptable. I wish I could but I really can't recommend Betta Living. My advise would be to try Tesco's or Laura Ashley for similar quality kitchens.
