Guarantees worth nothing & terrible customer service

Do not work with this company on any larger items as if there is an issue you will lose your money and never get anything back in terms of faulty items. I am still chasing as legally I am entitled to a full refund if the product is faulty but am yet to hear back. Find another supplier who has a better customer service team willing to help and another supplier who will honour decisions to return faulty items.

We bought a slim shower tray (abs25 Dome) from them and it turned out to be faulty/deformed. They claimed the reason they wouldn't even look at replacing it was because it was fitted correctly by our builder. This in itself is a joke as the tray itself was deformed so no matter how we fitted it, it was still a faulty product.

The 2nd tray (abs25 Dome) we bought from them we decided was not suitable either as there was standing water in it despite everything being level and flat and laid as per instructons. Still even this 2nd time the company refuse to accept our complaint and say this is "standard" to have some water left in the tray hours afterwards (I disagree and think the water should go down towards the waste if the design is good).

Customer service team arrogant and rude, and never put the client first. They only care about taking your money and then giving no opportunity to give refunds or honour guarantees at any opportunity. We are out of pocket over £600 and still have no working shower tray and they refuse to help us or respond to our emails now within the 2 hour windows.

The customer service team don't care, are rude, and basically don't care about your problem so avoid this company at all cost. Any guarantee is worth nothing as they will find a reason to make it impossible to claim.
Even the returns policy is a joke in that you have to pay a massive fee even though the product is default. I have never written such a bad review (never written any reviews before) about anything but I feel everyone needs to know they should avoid this company at all costs. From other reviews online, I can see I am not alone!!
