Struggled to buy a decent quality mono basin tap to replace our existing one that would match the other taps. Came across the SMR website and found a beauty with a 20 year guarantee. Not that I want it to last for 20 years but a indication of the quality. we paid 189 pound for a chrome shower rail, there was no screws for fitting it and the 2 vertical pieces fitted totally different. one screwed in completely tight and the other did not therefore leaving a quarter inch gap.Not very happy. (read more)

Two sets of designer radiator valves ordered in early afternoon. Email next day saying they had been despatched, followed an hour later by text from courier company saying delivery would be following morning.
