“Discontinue stock”

Ordered 3 samples paid £1 minimum charge and £2.75 next day delivery. Sample smashed on receipt but accepted as I was only interested in colour match. Rang to check stock levels and was told 2 of the 3 tiles were discontinued and they had only a few tiles left in stock!! I asked for a refund for the items and delivery charge as they knew they would not be able to supply an order. “Non delivery”

Ordered some tiles from the Mosaic Tile Shop. Payment was taken immediately and an email confirmed the delivery date. Booked the day off work but received a telephone call the afternoon before delivery was due to say that they could not deliver until 3 days later. Booked the revised delivery date off work and waited at home all day. When nothing had turned up by 3.30 p.m., I contacted the mosaic tile shop by phone. We had exactly the same problem. Had to initiate a chargeback as they had not refunded our money after a fortnight. Beware, these people operate under several different company names online. Walls and Floors is one of their aliases.
