Appauling customer service. Everything went wrong and we didn't get what we asked for. The customer service was quite shocking and the managers were just rude. We should have had the entire kitchen ripped out again.
We were accused of being liars when their shoddy light fittings kept breaking. When we got another qualified electrician in it turned out that the company had fitted non-fire protected fittings which is why they were breaking. Dangerous aswell.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! Once this company has your money they do not care. They do not understand repeat business.
I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a company. If they act like this with all customers I will be amazed if they stay in business.
The kitchens arent worth the higher prices. Pretty ordinary.
