Everything seemed so promising at the start...Nice design. Then new computer system excuse again and again,and again, when trying to actually confirm details. Delivery date no kitchen arrived so chased up and it arrives 4 days late. We had our own fitter thank goodness, and a fabulous job he did. We had no under cupboard lights, no transfromers for our plinth lights, not enough plinths, 3 handles short (you would think they could count) the wrong ml housing 15m and not 18m, and a wall unit designed for over the breakfast bar which I would need to climb onto to actually reach..
We had doors and other items we did not need in abundance, anyone need any unit hinges???
When you complain to Magnet they have such a bad attitude. They consider you as a complete inconvienience, they are incompetant but actually treat you as though it is your fault.. We were told that all the missing items was our mistake for not checking the delivery, and for not having a magnet fitter...
To date I am still waiting for a refund on the items we returned, and I have written a letter of complaint to their head office, which I expect will fall on deaf ears.. THINK very had before trusting Magent....
