Tony, the fitter did an excellent job - nothing was too much trouble and thanks to him any problems were reduced to a minimum. Pat at the showroom was also incredibly helpful, but I did feel that nobody was prepared to take over when our designer left the company and I have ended up with a useless additional shelf (at a cost of £50) which I am not too happy about. I don't think that would have happened if another designer had taken over. That said I am absolutely delighted with the finished kitchen and there is no doubt that the quality is superb. I was not aware that the fitters and electricians etc. were subcontracted. I was given the impression that they were employed by Kuchenhaus.
Overall, great product, but slight lack of co-ordination with the workforce which led to slight delays - and it looks fantastic now.
