Just taken this joke of a company to court for all the hassle damage cost and abuse I received for my kitchen!
Don't even think twice about using this bunch!
U will regret it for sure.
I've just taken them to court and won. BUT surprise surprise they've not paid the judgement to me!
Just paid a visit back to the court today. The court is now going to enforce the judgement and send HMS bailiffs next at an extra cost to me again!
So if u do take them to court, be ready for more work and hassle after as they seem to think they are beyond court rulings and in a law of their own!
Good luck to every one else in the same boat!

We paid these people £100 in April to the agent who came out to design a kitchen, we did not check the web site as we did not have an address for them untill he handed us the order form, we then checked and realized we had made a big mistake there was not one good report about them, we cancelled the order the same day needless to say our £100 has not been returned after endless emails and phone calls, I suppose we are lucky that we only lost £100 but it is a lot of money to me being recently redundant. This Agent also said that they are the supplier for B&Q I have not contacted B&Q yet, but I am sure they will not like there good name associated with these people

We had the bloke come out last night and has had our £100 after seeing these reviews I'm glad its just a £100 we have lost as I will be cancelling today hope they get what's coming to them! Sorry for everyone else, as soon as he went me and my partner had a funny feeling! They have rung me off a couple of mobiles and a land line? Did they do the same to you?

hiya we brought a kitchen off these people and never again will i make the same mistake..there costumer services is disgusting 4 hours in total just in one day i was on phone and they just kept cutting me off .when i finally got throu to some one there attuide was disgraceful.she answered with wot do u want .they have sent me broken mismatched kitchen .wanted me to put a white gloss kitchen with cream plenths and cream sides to kitchen this is not wot i oreder ...cant even add up hours tht i have spent on phone only to be cut off with a promise to call bk tht never happens..we have now had to buy from b&q...the b&q whit is not even the same so how they can say they supple them is a joke ...i advise no one to buy from this company ..we saved hard for a new kitchen and wot we got was a joke .....
