We had a new designer kitchen installed by Kitchen Emporium in May 2011. We had initially had a quotation from Moben kitchens and paid a deposit for our new kitchen. As our design had to change to accommodate a change in our building design for our new Orangery, Moben called to see us again to offer an alternative design. We didn't like what they were offering so decided to cancel that contract and have our deposit refunded. Bad news! They went into Administrarion so we lost our deposit! We visited Kitchen Emporium and in one afternoon, the salesman/designer, Phil Walsh, accommodated our design ideas and came up with a fabulous design and some great ideas. We agreed the price and work commenced very quickly.
The workmanship of the fitters was first class, very tidy and professional.
Great communication throughout the project from Kitchen Emp.
The work was completed on time and we now have a stunning designer kitchen. The owner visited us at home and offered his ideas/advice on lighting and flooring and we took this great advice.
We now have a stunning designer kitchen and without question we are delighted with the service from kitchen Emp.
Everyone who visits our home comments on how nice the new kitchen looks.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Emp to anyone. Even when we needed a replacement glass shelf in one of the cupboards, this was handled without fuss and installed very quickly.
This is the measure of customer service. Sometimes things go wrong for anyone on a job but it's how the company handle it that counts and I have to say Kitchen Emp were first class!
I would happily show my kitchen to any prospective customers and talk to them.
