I want to thank the designer Ewa who took great care to get the dream kitchen that I wanted. The price was fair but not cheap however the quality and service was very good. From the very beginning my confidence was high and although there were a couple of problems that arose they were dealt with very well with no delay. My electrics were not up to standard so the fitters arranged for an electrician to fit a new fuseboard at a very reasonable price I got my own quote as well which was 50% more.
There was two very slightly chipped doors that were ordered and delivered before the installers left so the kitchen was completed in six days. As much as we would wish for perfection I feel that supplying and fitting a large kitchen with no problems or blemishes is an impossible task, however KBBC got very close and because of there no quibble attitude I felt that they are the nearest I have found to the traditional idea that customer satisfaction is what counts. A first class company that I will highly recommend.
