I bought a howdens kitchen last October 2011 from Howdens Kentish Town. This is a good time to buy from them as they have their yearly sale. They desinged my kitchen and even that i've explained to them that i was not ready to have my kitchen fitted until early 2012 as i had to renovate my flat from scratch and then have the kitchen fitted, they encouraged me so much to go ahead to buy it and that wouldn't matter how late i will be ready to have it fitted, they will offer me any advise and help at any time, even any small items needed for the completion of my kitcen will be given at no extra cost to me, these were the words of the sales man and the manager at the time i bought the kitchen. Now my fitters started to install it we realised that some small items are missing, i went there yesterday to ask if i can have the missing items. Unfortunately the manager left and has been replaced by a new lady manager, not only she refused to offer me any of the missing items at no charge but she was so rude to me when i insisted that was the promised of the previous manager and salesman. She definitely has an attitude problem and i am very surprised how a person like that is able to deal with any kind of customers queries.I will give her 0 out of 10 for customers service. my recomendation to the company is to replace her very soon, she is not good in that position.
