“Terrible customer service.”

I ordered a radiator from Chic radiators and had to chase 3-4 times via email to even get confirmation of the order. Finally I got a response about 3 days later. The telephone number always goes straight to answerphone. The radiator finally turned up about a 11 days after the order but the TRV valves which were supposed to be included in the sale weren't sent. Again I find myself sending daily emails without any response chasing the valves. Nice radiator but probably the worst customer... (read more)
