I had a small concern with ordering as they were so much better value than local plumbers and web sites, must be a catch. As promised two days later the taps arrived in perfect condition and the type I expected, not a cheap substitute. Took several weeks and phone calls to ship my order, when it arrived the manufacturer's labels had been torn off the boxes and the goods were nothing like what I had ordered - clearly a cheaper low-quality substitute. I phoned them and got all sorts of excuses like "the manufacturers must have changed the design". Would not recomend to anybody. Customer service is absolutly disgracefull. They really do not care about there customers. We had 2 baths delivered, both of which were faulty, they wouldnt exept liability on first bath, but agreed to sale me one at cost plus delivery. I took this offer up as was on a very tight time scale so had no other option, as was a odd size bath with not many places saleing them. I ordered a shower door from them on the 28th January, which I needed by the 6th February at the latest. Having heard nothing for a week I called them around 5:00 on the 4th Feb. The guy I spoke to promised to get back to me. But didnt. I called the following morning and spoke to same guy, who did not apologise for not returning my call. Where do I start......Clueless about stock levels, terrible communication, organisation of deliveries is abysmal, their choice of delivery companies are unreliable, male staff (one in particular) are rude and and extremely irritating, and the refund policy leaves a lot to be answered for. Ordered bathroom suite, was advised same day that the sink and toilet would be sent by a different courier to the bath. They arrived within a day or so. The bath didn't turn up on the day expected, nor on the next arranged date, this was due to severe weather conditions. It did finally turn up when the roads became clear. I spent over £1000 with the company and their customer service was awful. Not once did they call me back when they said they would. Not all items ordered arrived together and I was always chasing them. A shower mixer I ordered broke the first time I came to use it and Joe said it could have been the plumber who fixed it that broke it. I had the same problem with her, and she said exactly the same to us about a faulty part. She has no idea what customer service is. Couldnt even right hello in an email and needs to use spell check in the email!

I ordered a toilet and was contacted a few days later by the courier to say that it would be delivered, but they didn’t show up. I tried for nearly a week to contact the Bradford Bathroom company to find out what had happened and they didn't get back to me, so I put a dispute in with PayPal.
