I cannot fault the attention to detail from the initial visit; the technical design which has complimented my needs right down to a fitted niche for my voile curtains, and the finished bedroom which I am totally happy with. I am disabled and have to wait for carers and friends to sort out my stuff to go into the wardrobes and cupboards; the bed has to be put back so that I can sleep in my beautiful new room.

I have a problem, however, with your 'removal or non removal of boxes of excess waste'. This is left for the customer to deal with. Although I have initialled this section on the plans, I took it to mean 'the old units etc' which had already been dealt with. It wasn't pointed out to me that I would have to get rid of waste as a result of the build. As a disabled person I had to remove my hoisted chair from the rear of my van; the fitter put all the waste in the back (with my agreement) so that I could take it to the tip.
I don't think this section is quite clear and maybe could have been explained to me at some point.

It came as a shock to me that a disabled person would have to deal with waste carboard, plastic, bits of wood etc. This spoilt the whole thing for me in a way because I was paying a lot of money for a totally professional job.

The fitter was excellent; worked non-stop with perfect attention to detail and was apologetic about the fact that betta living have no provision for getting rid of left over bits and pieces.
