We recently had our kitchen fitted by Betta Living. We had a few companies come round to give us quotes but Betta were very good quality and cheaper than some other brands. We did not want to go to the usual cheap brands such as ikea or wickes etc and when we saw their samples, we were very impressed. The survey and quote were done in a few hours but this is usual with most companies! They explained the process from start to finish and I was pleased with how quickly they could complete. There were no hidden costs. Everything was itemised and explained thoroughly. The only disappointment was that despite a telephone call stating the job would start on Tuesday, after the furniture arriving on Monday, I was then asked whether it was ok for them to commence on Thursday. We then got a call on Wednesday evening saying they would need to finish a job in the morning elsewhere before starting our job on Thursday. However, once the fitter came (Paul Birchall), we were very impressed. Paul started just before 8 and finished around 8 and finished the job just into Monday lunch. He worked all day Saturday too! His workmanship was excellent. He had a good eye for detail and did not take breaks! We were impressed by how quickly he managed to complete the job by himself and would definitely recommend his services. The kitchen looks beautiful. We picked white gloss units and are very pleased with the results.
