I recently purchased an Aqua lusso Baywood model. I have read the other peoples reviews here today and did my research well and must say that my wife and I are quite happy with it. The shower arrived in good speed and looks much better than other ones we looked at (less tacky - the wife did not like the blue lights on some models). We had a normal shower thing before. “Aqualusso crystal 800”

We bought this shower before there were any reviews. I don't know if we have been lucky but we honestly can't fault it. My husband is not a plumber but is very hands on. He had it built in no time the only Problem was 1 panel of glass literally exploded but we called aqualusso and in 3 days a new piece was delivered. We do look after things and have kept it well maintained husband has greased the rollers on the doors and everything has been fine. We are totally chuffed with it for the price.... (read more)

“Aqualusso Crystal 800 Shower Cabin”

As a qualified bathroom fitter, I can honestly say that this is the first and, regretfully, last Aqualusso product I will ever fit. The build quality is DREADFUL! Fortunately, the product is for my own property and not for a third party, who would no doubt be screaming with frustration by now. As I write, I am still in the process of sorting out the numerous leaks, most of which stem from factory fitted connections and panel joints. “Aqua Lusso - what a total shower!”

Delivery was fast. But that's the last good thing I have to say about this company. The fitting instructions talk about being able to call the technical hotline for help with installation, but they say nothing about the unhelpful and flippant response you receive when you call them. The corner shower I bought from Aqua Lusso doesn't go flush against one corner wall in the bathroom because there's an electronics box which sticks out at the back - AND - on the other corner wall, there's a... I bought a shower from aqualosso and installed myself with help of the booklet supplied after sealing the places it told you to do i turned on the shower to see if it leaked anywhere and found that it leaked like a sieve it leak from the presealed side panels it leaked from the control panel water syphoned up from the side panels after sealing all these parts it still leaked adding to all this i've replaced the door rollers 3 times If someone asked me if i would buy another one the answer would be NO
added to this if you install the shower cabinet your self they except no comebacks
Also the powder coating onthe main panel started to peel off it had to be covered by crome plate whitch they surplied
