work commenced on our Kitchen in July and is still not finished. The reasons for the delay are due to wrong sized units being supplied,lack of preparation,badly cut worktops and wall boards,wrong colour doors supplied,parts not supplied,factory holiday plus a host of other issues. All we have received after much complaining is an apology,and still no recommencement date of installation. £23000 spent up front with no means of receiving any recompense. Go elsewhere. (read more)

I am pleased to hear you are sorry.
Our kitchen is due to be finished in the first week of January when I will contact you.
I'm not sure why you should show concern when two letters of complaint sent directly to the Managing Director , remain unanswered.I received a letter of acknowledgement from his PA to say he was in Germany for a few days.That was over two months ago.
He is a Director of the business that supplied and fitted our kitchen.
His lack of interest reflects badly on the Alno Brand,and in keeping with how we have been treated as customers.

Kitchen completed in january.I have not heard a further word from the company based in Sevenoaks,Kent.The business is owned by Alno.It's not In-toto.
The fitter stated it was a problem installation,and offered to take down cupboards not sitting square on the wall.I refused as I just could take no more.I gave up.
He was fully aware we were still very unhappy with the complete saga.I never wish to see or deal with this company ever again.
