We ordered from John Lewis, before I opened the box I could tell it was rubbish just by its weight. The scales are so poorly and cheaply made, really plastic feel to it and so very light that anything being weighed that is off centre of gravity will tip the whole thing over. A real shame is it looks nice but really unusable and it'll break within a few uses. This should be sold for £5, no more. We packed it back up and sent it back to John Lewis for a refund. (read more)
