My son had outgrown his mini micro scooter so as i was looking for a new maxi micro scooter i came across the scootie tri-scooter. Wish I found this earlier because there would have been no need to upgrade now as this scooter is kind of a mid size scooter with extendible handlebar. I don't know why micro don't make their mini scooter with a extendible bar?!! I suppose then they can't get you to pay for an upgrade once your kid has grown!! anyway, the scootie seems to be quiet a decent quality and has the same basic set up, i.e. 2 wheels in the front and the steering is done by leaning. My son seems to be quiet happy and I'm about £60 better off:)
