The kettle was easy to use and quick to boil. After limited amount of use (it's still under guarantee) the rubber seal on the automatic open & close lid has become twisted and now does not close properly.Although I've given it 4 stars for style I purchased it for the sole reason of quality and durability over aesthetics. Don't know what Magimix's Service & Support offers as I'm exchanging kettle for another manufacturer. Most are made in the Far East.
