For those who saw Joss Stone as the saviour of rhythm and blues (As opposed to 'R&B') on the strength of her first album, and to a certain degree its follow up, this album is a tragedy. To sum up, this is an amazing funky soul album that deserves to be remember ...

Joss Stone, The Soul Sessions is an album that deserves to be listened to. She's got a deep strong soul voice. She sings from inside. She's painting her emotions with her voice.
