    Lovely place, lovely people, lovely lamps :)very happy. The lamps were great for temporary use and were part of a great value range - good if you dont want to spend alot of money but have a lot to buy.     Ordered a tumble dyer online. On first delivery date, they just didn't turn up and called at the end of the day to say the delivery was cancelled. Two weeks later, they delivered the wrong model.     bought online - ordered friday late PM with a free delivery 1-5 day received everything in excellent condition even though fragile breakable items in less than 24 working hours.
    Everytime i have ordered online the FREE delivery has been in less than 24 hours. Fantastic service

    I have spent a lot of time and money buying from JL. However over the last 18months, the staff have become ruder and less tolerent of customers. There is a need for staff refresher training on this subject.

    Got a HP laptop broke after a month or so, john lewis arranged to have it mended, it broke again, they had it mended again, broke again, they STILL wouldn't replace it, had it mended, its broke again now 4TH TIME....GUESS WHAT..."sorry madam its out of warranty".
