I have written an excellent review of how easy it was to use CheapOAir but this one is not that way. It is when I needed to deal with talking to an actual person things were not good. My ticket was to fly home from Ukraine. My plans had to change and I not only wanted to change my ticket but to another date but wanted to add 2 more oneway tickets to it. The first person I talked to said that my ticket is none refundable. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He connected me to a lady and she attempted to do what she could, so it appeared. She first told me it would cost $850 for all the tickets. Then she came back and said that it would cost $350 plus the price of all 3 new tickets. They kept me on the phone for over an hour. I finally asked that if she were a supervisor that she could do better than that if they wanted to keep a customer. She explains to me that she was not a supervisor. So the first person lied to me in getting a supervisor on the phone for me to speak with. I hung up right then and called another company. Sorry CheapOAir, you lost a customer and any further customers from my mouth.
