“overcharged for very poor quality and lack of resources. ”

Well, I purchase one of the Reed courses dedicated to computer networking. The price was massive but the promise was even larger. Unfortunately my disappointment was very hard to digest. I paid £1100 for package of Comptia N+ and CCNA R&S course. Package included Web Based text read aloud by mechanical voice. And the simulation of the exams based on MeasureUp portal.

Unfortunately the materials presented in text form were of very poor quality. It felt like there were not enough information to cover all necessary topics of the actual exams. The mechanical voice reading the text was very hard to follow therefore I had to keep it off for most of the time. On many occasions The slides presenting the information were cut in odd places and there were no way to scroll the screen up or down so the actual information wasn't visible and I had no choice but listen to the lector.

The package included some exercises in packet tracer. However there were presented in very random order completely ignoring the chronology of the materials presented of the screen. Also the instructions which in my opinion should be included to the packet tracer were completely absent. therefore it took me a while to figure out the order and some basic tasks.

At the end I spent a fortune on something what was very useless. And, as expected, I failed on CCNA exam.

FOR EVERYONE INTERESTED IN TACKLING CCNA EXAMS, I HAVE SOME BETTER SUGGESTIONS.

1. create account on CISCO student chanel.
2. but couple of books. they are not as expensive as many people think.
3. install packet tracer and GNS3. and learn how to use them. YouTube has millions of tutorials on this subject.
4. invest in CCNA courses provided by Udemy. They are not expensive and if you by them from you mobile phone or tablet the price might be very very low. I spent £8.00 on 20 hours course in CCNA.

I believe above review will help you in avoiding mistake I've made and save A LOT OF many.
