Having had a number of years HR experience and a line manager for a plc, then going on to become CIPD qualified. I registered with reed in lancashire to get a HR role. I had work the next day after i submitted my CV so arranged to go at 8am to register as the post i had applied for was interviewing imminently. I was thanked for coming forward as they need strong candidates for this field. Asked how i was fixed for attending interviews......then nothing, no interview time was a arranged no explanation, not reply to my emails, no return of my phone calls. Continued to apply for roles through the website as i was already not registered. Not even a reply to say they had been received. Appalling service, i may as well not have bothered! When you have a family, its unfair to get peoples hopes up then just completey cut them off with no answers.
