Don't bother using Reed.co.uk it is a complete waste of time. Most of the recruiters don't call you or even bother to explain why they are not putting you forward.

Occasionally you do get an email sating that you have been unsuccessful in this position, and to keep on checking Reed.co.uk! This to me implies they do not read your CV or cover letter!

I would avoid using this site as its depressing and will not get you a job.
