I wouldn't recommend Reed to a single person. After applying for about 50 jobs, and sending follow up emails after I heard nothing, I received a reply saying as I lack experience in that sector my applications were pretty much pointless. This is even though the roles I applied for were entry level positions where some even said no experience necessary. Got a feeling that they just use the 'do you have experience' question to filter people out without even looking at the cover letter or cv I spent ages on each one doing. Nothing more annoying than applying for a job you feel you could do with your eyes closed then to not even hear a reply from. I'd even have been happy if I'd got one of their generic copy and paste rejection emails rather than just not hearing back from them.
