I used Reed for months and applied to atleast a hundred jobs but never heard back from recruiters or from Reed. At first, I thought this was a function of the state of the economy but after applying via other job portals and receiving callbacks from them, I am convinced that there is something wrong with Reed's portal. Its possible that the jobs are outdated/arent currently available. It was only after I filled an online feedback form on Reed that I started getting occasional emails from recruiters via Reed and even then, they seem to always contact me for IT related jobs when there is nothing on my CV or biodata that indicates I have any IT experience at all.
I would not recommend Reed to anyone.
