From a Contractors POV this site is useless.

Full of non-serious buyers, who's budget is £100 for a "youtube clone"
Nearly all of the projects I have bid on have been cancelled (no provider chosen), with no explanation

If PPH were to charge buyers £5 or £10 per job posting, which was then credited towards the final payment, this would stop.

I've no experience in the quality of work delivered from other PPH contractors, as the "winning" bids are often so low, to deliver anything of any quality whatsoever would be totally impossible!

totally agree - my experience is the same. Some of the quotations are so low - its impossible that any quality will be delivered even if it is from India!
