i am writing this review of my experience of helping my grandson to get a job and claim benefits whilst looking. our local job centre, cirencester, is staffed by people who would be completely unable to get a job anywhere else. they are poorly trained, spend their time drifting about the office with random bits of paper, discussing the weather or any other subject, in between seeing the odd job seeker. any requests for information or help are met with blank looks and a frantic search for the right forms, which are never available. bradley has been claiming jsa since may 2nd, in which time he has received just £200. he now is so depressed, stressed and anxious he is no longer able to attend the job centre alone, as he is dyslexic and is upset about being faced with forms to complete with no help.
