We were first time users of Brand Republic and found them helpful and supportive throughout the recruitment process. Luke encouraged us to format our posting in the most effective way. We had a good selection of candidates and made a successful appointment. We two recruitment websites, Linked -in and out own company website to advertise the post and Brand Republic was by far the most productive in terms of response rate. I hadn't used Brand Republic before for any recruitment and was quite sceptical about what the end product would be. i thought it would also be difficult to complete the relevant documents etc. Luke Greenway - my contact was really great to work with and actually it was his personality and laughter in our discussion on the phone which made me go ahead to use Brand Republic and I wasn't disappointed. We were generally happy with the service and quality of the candidates. However it is worth pointing out that, not surprisingly, the types of candidate were very "marketing" so weren't always relevant for a partnerships role in sport. (read more)

I originally liaised with Rachna Bhanot who was very helpful and personable which is always a great trait to have within the area of customer service. My account was then passed onto Joe Johnson with whom I dealt with once our advertisement when live. We have had quite a good success rate of quality applications coming through initially which then reduced dramatically after the first two weeks. “Good value for money, and good response rate”

Overall a good service, I've always found it is easier to book advertising nearing the end of the month as the discounts are bigger. Had an overwhelming response to my advert, my account manager even threw in an extra weeks advertising for me free of charge. Overall a good experience and would use BR for future roles. (read more)

dunnhumby has been using Brand Republic (and specifically Sam Goodman) to advertise jobs and search for CVs for the past year. In that time we have seen an increased number of candidates apply to us for Marketing & Media roles and we have been able to source some excellent candidates directly through CV searching.
